Repair work and other chargeable services should be authorized by the customer before work begins, except where an existing service agreement states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable property access and informing Polar Bexar Pools about known hazards, pets, gates, equipment or other conditions that may affect service.
Underwater repair services are subject to an assessment of the pool, equipment, water conditions and repair requirements. Not every repair is suitable for underwater completion.
Payment terms, accepted methods, cancellation policies and any applicable fees should be stated in the applicable service agreement or invoice.
Any warranty on labor or parts should be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice or service agreement. Specific warranty terms may vary by repair.
Service outcomes can depend on existing equipment condition, hidden damage, water chemistry, access and circumstances outside the company's control. Any limitation of liability should be reviewed and customized by counsel.
